Hypnotized by the underground scene at the age of 16, Mazik has been involved in the scene for over 8 years. However, it was when he first attended Bob Sinclair’s show at the Starlite room in November of 2007, that his love for the music deepened, inspiring him to take steps towards a DJing career. After buying his first set of tables just over one year ago, and with a lot of persistence and banked hours, he has quickly developed several skills in the art of mixing, and has since only moved closer to his ultimate dream – producing.

After spinnin for only a matter of months he joined up with one of the biggest Canadian promo groups (BOODANG MUSIC CANADA) putting him alongside some of the best local talents in Edmonton.

Mazik can now be seen playing on a weekly basis at Twilight Afterhours & Twist Ultra Lounge in Edmonton, & has began to make a name for himself by delivering some of the hardest electro beats in the scene today. In just the past few months, Mazik has had the pleasure of spinning along side some of the industries greatest names, such as Adam K, Hook N Sling, Myagi, Atomik Disco, Max Graham & has opened for Rodi Style, Dj Dean, Alex Peace, Ferry Corsten, Global Deejays, Klass & Hatiras

Mazik also has had the pleasure of starting off the events at METROPOLIS 2009 @ the Shaw Conference Centre & Opened main stage for Edmonton’s biggest party to date FREQUENCY 2009 @ Edmonton Event Centre
