DJ Scuff started his musical debut as a bassist in a black metal band, and had no intentions of ever being a dj until one fateful night he and a few friends decided to check out the afterhours scene.Hardly able to believe that music could have such a euphoric effect on people,he almost immediately pawned off his bass guitar and started looking into different genres of techno.
He quickly realized that a bumpin,bassy electro style is what he loved and spent much of his time looking for new and exciting artists.With artists such as Dirty South and Dirty Funker topping off his list as favorites, he quickly started to realize that the sound he was getting to love just wasn’t hard or fast enough for him.Such started his quest for a fuller sound.You would be quick to realize that DJ Scuff has a very particular taste in electro now. “The sluttier, the better” he likes to say. Keep an eye out for him as he is sure to raise up in the ranks as one of Edmontons top, fun DJ’s that you are sure to be able to shred up a dance floor to.
